About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

I hhold an Australian Passport / Nationality, currently living in India for past 5 years on OCI stat

on OCI Status, wish to visit China for ICSC Seminar in Shanghai. The invitation letter to attend the seminar will come through from my organization, which has an office in China.

Please let me know the procedure for a Business Visa for a week stay.

So you must have residence permit of India, right? Then you may just apply for a China business visa from the China embassy or consulate in India. You may just walk into the visa office to submit your application during the office hours or entrust s travel or visa agent to do it for you.
