About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I extend my Multiple Entry Visa while I was there in China. Can I use it again for entry?

I have a multiple entry visa, I have however already used my visa once to go to China and extend my visa while I was there in China. So can I still go using the same visa or do I have to apply for a new one if I want to go back
