how to get a tourist visa (special situation)

my husband plan to go to china for 4 days on 27th auguest for business perpouse...he ask me to join with him to go to china and i also like to visit china very much ..any possibility to get a visa on or before 27 auguest ...pl consider this is as a special request ..tnks
