Hi, there are many cross-border coaches running from HK airport to reach the city frequently from 07:00 to 23:30. It costs HKD130/150.  Another option:  you can take airport bus A43 from the airport to Sheung Shui. Then take MTR from Sheung Shui to Lo Wu station. Pass the border, you will get into Luohu of SZ. This is a cheap way.
