can i get visa to china right now after the application submitted ?

I am a korean tourist in israel. I have got the visa to china in korea but I was stolen my passport in israel.And I apply the document of new passport to korea embassy, I will get the new passport next wednesday!!So I want to get the visa to china with my new passport.But I will go to istanbul in turkey next thursday(23 aug) 3:00 am.Therefore I want to get the visa to china, as soon as possible.Is it possible to get the visa?

Do you have any copy of your Chinese visa? Anyway, you can try to apply for a new Chinese visa from Chinese embassy in Turkey with your new passport. If you need it to be processed urgent, you can ask for rush service.

Generally, if you use rush service, you can get your visa on the same day.
