Driving Licence

Can I get a temporary driving licence for all China at the airport, or just Beijing? How long does the process take (for a temporary under 3m one) and is there a test or exam to sit?

Yes, you can get a temporary Chinese Driving Licence for all China at the airport.
It takes about a few hours. You need to accept the medical checking and take a test.
