About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I am a Canadian traveling in the US. where should I apply for my Chinese visa?

I went to Chinese Consulate in NYC, they told me to apply in Canada, but the Toronto Consulate told me that I can not apply because I am out of Canada. I don't live in Canada right now because I've been traveling in recently years.

Thanks a lot!

Hi Levis, you can send back your passport and all other required documents to Toronto, let your family or friend apply on your behalf at the consulate in Toronto. Do not mention that you are traveling outside of Canada.
