Tourist visa in Vladivostok (german citizen)?
Hello,
I´m a german citizen on a Russian business visa until November and would like to apply for a chinese tourist L here. Is it possible to apply for it in Vladivostok at the Consulate or do I have to apply in Khabarovsk?
