Extension in VISA

I issued china VISA (Category F) on 4th June 2012 and now it is expiring on 4th SEP 2012 but yet I didn’t entered China. I want to know the procedure how to extend my China VISA?.

No need to extend it, it is still valid. Do you mean you will enter China later than 4th SEP? Then, the only way is to apply for a new one.

If i have to again apply for new VISA then should i have to again submitt again police clearance certificate and medical certificate?

Yes, you have to submit the same documents as before.
