About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I, Korean, live in U.S.A with a green card. What documents do I need to apply tourist visa with

form v.2011A and B.

Besides the two forms, you also need to provide your passport, a photocopy of the passport's information/photo page, one photo that is recent, front view, in 48mm x33mm size without head covering, the original and a photocopy of proof of U.S. residency, work or study, proof of residency in the consular district (e.g. ID, water or electricity bills or tenancy agreement, etc. ) or a valid U.S. visa, photocopy of the page in your passport containing the previous Chinese visa, photocopy of the roundtrip airline ticket and hotel reservation.
