About:Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan

Dear Sir/Madam I have a ordinary afghan passport, trying to get chinnese visa, but there is romar

but there is romar that the Embassy is not issuing the visa because of Election in china if that is through how can I get chinnese visa is there a specific torisim company that I have to visit or is there any contact number that I should be in touch.

You said it is just a rumor, then why not go to the China Embassy in person to get the truth? Anyway, I haven't find such info. on the official website of the embassy.
