About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

I lost my Birth Certificate and is there any other form I can prove to apply visitor visa for mum?

You mean you lost your British passport? Then you have to re-apply for a new passport from your embassy or consulate first, and then apply for the China visa with your new passport. No other documents can substitute the passport.
