Hi, actually there are shuttle buses at the airport to Kowloon, HK. So you can take the bus at Desk A08 and B04 in the Arrival Hall of the Terminal Building of Shenzhen Airport. The buses operate from 09:30 to 21:00 every 30 min. The ticket fare is CNY 90 per person. Upon your arrival at Kowloon, you can take a taxi to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station in 5-10 min.0
