About:Shanghai Travel

We like the 3 days city tours in Shanghai. Is it possible to get another 2-3 days on our own

We arrived to Shanghai the 17. april 2013. But we want to start the city tours 18.04.
We are 2 pairs seniors, and have also asked on the Yangtze cruise from the 14.04 - 17.04 from Chongging-Yichang.

Yes, you can definitely travel on yourself.
Exactly, you can visit many places in Shanghai, such as the Bund, Huangpu River and Yuyuan Garden. If you want to see the modern sights, you can go to Oriental Pearl TV Tower and rld Financial Center to see.
If you want to enjoy the history of Shanghai, Zhujiajiao and Jing'an Temple are good places to go.
Besides, Shanghai Museum and Former Residence of Sun Yat-sen can be visited if you still have enough time.
