About:China Visa

As a Dutch Citizen and Legal permanent redsident in the USA, do I nee to fill out form V 2011B ?

Or do I only fill out form V2011 A....

If you apply for a China visa in USA with your Dutch passport, you need to fill both application froms V2011A and V2011B.
