About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

Australian applying for chinese visa in Jakarta

Am i currently staying in Indonesia on a SOSBUD VISA. Will i be able to get a chinese L visa for 60-90 days from the Jakarta embassy with an Australian Passport? i have a letter of invitation from friend living in Beijing.

If the SOSBUD VISA is a short stay visa in Indonesia, I'm afraid you are not able to get a China visa there, even if you have invitation letter from China. You can contact the china embassy or consulate there directly to get an exact answer.
