About:White Water Terraces (Baishui Tableland)

white water terraces and Pudacuo

Hi, how is the weather condition if I want to go to those places in the middle of November? Is it possible to do a day trip to both of the places from Shangrila? what is the best transport to visit if I travel single? Thanks

The weather is cool and the temperature there is not very high, about 5 centigrade degree. Long sleeved clothes and thick coats are necessary and temperature difference between the mornings and noons is big. Besides, it rains little at that time. So it is a golden time for visiting the places.
I advise you to go to Pudacuo in a single day. You can take the bus from Shangrila Bus Station to reach there, but you need to go back to Shangrila before 15:00 in the afternoon. Otherwise, there is no bus to go back.
I think you can join a local travel agency to help you and then you do not worry about the bus and can enjoy the beauty freely.
