sponsorship for mining engineering students

Hi，actually since 2006, Chinese government had carried out the measure to provide sponsorship for the foreign students who would study in 53 universities of China, includng Tsinghua University, Peking University etc. Meanwhile, the students from Tanzania also have the treatment. So would you tell me which university you are applying for? Then I can tell you whether it has the sponsorship for foreign students majoring in Mining Engineering.
