can an italian man get help at the embassy or consulate
my friend is in shenzhen china on business with his 2 kids and he and itailan and has moved to the states for work but had a business meaning in shenzhen and his money was stolen and his son need medical help is the some where he can go to get help for his son and to get help to return home back to the state before school states and his job pleas let me know
