Actually I have the flight on 30th of this month from HKIA to Chennai via Singapore, what about my luggage and boarding pass, with how much luggage  can  I travel.

Yes, you can check-in at Shekou Port and take your boarding pass.  Usually, lugguage of 20kg for economy class, 30kg for business class and 40kg for first class are allowed free of charge. You have to pay for the extra weight.
