Ukranian passport holder can I apply for multiply study visa in china ? Thx

Good day, I am an Ukrainian passport holder , and would like to study in China, firstly would like to find out can I apply for the multiply study visa ? If is that possible how I go about it ? What documents I need ? Please advice if there's email I can contact someone , as I sent so many emails out and get no respond ... As I not live in Kiev I would like to prapere correct documents before I go to embassy... Thank you, my best regards
