About:China Visa

sacked by a school , little time on my visa- working illegally

I came to china 5 months ago on business visa. got a job as a foreign teacher. however the school promised to change my visa but they didn't.Now that i gat a month to expire of my visa, they have fired me. I want to know if here is a way i can get them to pay me for my ticket back home and compensation.

Sorry to hear that, if you have still a month left on your visa, it is ok for you to leave before it expire. But for the compensation, I can not help you, because it is illegal to work on a business visa in China. Hope others will see and reply your post here if they have been in the same situation.

sorry about that, i agree with JOE, you should have clarify the Visa upon Signing of Contract , it should have been working Visa, try to visit the PSB , maybe they could be of help ,or try to contact your consulate ,
