About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Regarding, physical exam for Z-visa, is it possible outside of Manila?"accredited hospitals"? Laguna

No, it is not acceptable by Chinese embassy. You's better follow their requirement. The physical exam form and the list of accredited hospitals are available at the visa counter.
