About:Taiwan Weather

I am thinking to go around in Taipei November or late January. What do you think?

Taiwan is humid subtropical climate, so it is dry and humind all year-round. The temperature is relative high, too.The average temperature is about 26 centigrade and the lowest temperature could not be below 10 centigrade degree. But you need to take a umbrella, if you plan to go to Taipei at that time.
