Tour to Tibet

Dear sirs!
I and my adult son want to go ~7 days in Tibet. We consider the round of "Lhasa - Gyangtse - Shigatse - Lhasa 7-Day Group Tour": 12.sep.12
Can you help us get a permit to enter Tibet? Can we buy tickets to flights «Chengdu - Lhasa" - 12.sep.12 and "Lhasa - Chongqing" by 19. sep.12?

We are citizens of Ukraine.

Have you got China visa yet? if yes, you are required to apply for the Tibet Travel Permit through a China travel agency, like this travel China Guide. You can call them at ( 86)29 85236688 Ext.333. As far as I know, the Tibet Travel Bureau banned the permit during July and August. So, contact the travel agency if they can get it in September.
