When is the soft opening? We would like to attend the soft opening. Is it open to public?

Hi, according to the experience of the past years and the plan of the authority, the Ice & Snow Festival would start the soft opening at the late days of Decmber, 2012. It might be around 25th, Dec. Then the festival would last until middle or late February. Generally speaking, as the soft opening is carried out, it would open to the public.
