About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

im a pilipina and myboyfriend wants me to visit him in shanghai

my boyfriend already provide me the invitation letter, permit in his apartment the photo copy of his visa an passport..my question is were kinda confuse what bank statement he well going to use his a Canadian but working in shanghai for 3yrs...so what bank do we use the Canadian bank statement or the Chinese bank he has?....and what are the other supplementary documents for sponsoring me?..And do i have to present a show money?...please help me i just want things to be settle and that we wont get into trouble...thank you very much looking forward for the reply

I think either his Canadian bank statement or Chinese bank will be ok. You don't need other documents from your sponsor in China fior you China visa application.

To make clear that your boyfriend should state his sponsorship if he will sponsor your trip to China. His bank statement is evidence. You are not required to show money.
