Making a day trip to Hangzhou

Hello,
Anybody has made a day trip (DIY) to Hangzhou while based in Shanghai?
How do I get to Hangzhou in an economical manner via public transport?
Once in Hangzhou, how do I get to Xihu and Tomb & Temple of Yue Fei?
Thank you.

There are many coaches and trains between Shanghai and Hangzhou and the trains are suggested.
If you take the bullet train from Hongqiao Railway Station to Hangzhou Railway Station, then you can take K7 to get to Hubin Stop. Then you will find the West Lake after you get off the bus.
As for the Tomb and Temple of Yuefei, it is on the northwest of the West Lake. After you visit the West Lake, you can go there to see.
