Here are my advice:
1. For convenience, at the aiport, you can take the airport express to Hong Kong MTR Station first. Then you can walk several minutes to Cenral MTR Station to take Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Jordan MTR Station (Nathan Road). You can go out of the exit A of the MTR Station, then walk about 300m to Evergreen Hotel. The wholr journey takes about 50 min and about 68 HK$ per person.
2. For cheap fare, at the airport, you can take bus E23 or A22. You can get off at Chi Wo Street, Nathan Road and walk about 5 min to the hotel. E23 costs about 18 HK$ per person and A22 costs about 39 HK$ per person. The whole journey takes about 1.5-2 h.
From the hotel to the airport, you can also choose the same way.
