Group visa application

Is there a special form for a group visa? There are 7 of us traveling and would like to save a little money on the visa.

If you want to apply for group visa to China, you need to provide a Visa Notification from a travel agency or any Chinese provincial Tourist Bureau. The fee is US$120 per person. Visa will be issued as a Group Tourist Form instead of on your individual passport. This form is a manifest created by the Chinese Embassy/consulate. So, you can try to contact or visit the consulate for it.
