About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

Do I need a different Visa for Mainland China, than for HongKong?

I am a South African Citizen with Permanent Residence Card in Ameria. I want to fly directlty to Beijing. Tourist purpose.

Yes, you do need a visa to mainland China, but you don't need any visa to Hk for less than 30 days.
