About:China Visa

Tibet travel permit for 5 tourists.

must we have 5 tourists from same country to apply for travel permit to tibet?

Yes, it is news released in June. But I heard from one of my friend that Tibet Travel Bureau stop issuing permit from June to August. You'd better contact a travel agency for the latest information.
