I am a Pilipina married to a Japanese living here in Japan,,I am planning to have a tour in shangai

I am a Pilipina married to a Japanese living here in Japan,,I am planning to have a tour in shangai this coming Sept.1-4,2012..I need to get visa from your office,,what are the documents needed? and do i go in person??

You need to prepare the following documents:
1. duly and neatly filled China visa application form V2011A & V2011B
2. yoru original Filipino passport that should have more than 6 months validity and over 2 blank pages left
3. copy of the personal information page of your passport
4. a recent-taken photo of 4cm×3cm
5. your travel itinerary, two-way air tickets and hotel reservation in China
6. your residence permit or valid entry record in Japan

Aliens in Japan have to apply for the China visa through authorized travel agencies.
