About:China Visa

I have residence extention Visa to China. How can I convert this to a permenant Resident Visa?

As I know, there isn't a China visa called residence extention Visa, would you please confirm this?

Once a visa is issued, it can't be changed any more. At the same time, it's impossible to get a China permenant Resident Visa if you haven't lived in China for a continous 5 years.
