re: marrying chinese national

I just want to clarify the required documents. The Birth Certificate and the certificate of singleness, should it be translated first before being authenticated by the Consular Office of the Philippines? Or the documents should be authenticated first, and then translated. And then authenticated by the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines. Sorry quite confuse. Thank you again for giving me information regarding this matter.
