First, you can go to Beijing and then you need to take the trains from Beijing to Lhasa, Tibet. Then there is mini buses from Lhasa to the Lake. But if you want to go to Lake Namtso, you need to work with a Chinese travel agency, so that you can get the Tibet Travel Permit. If you do not have this Permit, you cannot go to Tibet alone.0
