how to extend my f visa in shanghai?

I got a 30 days F visa and will be in Shanghai for 13 Jul to 13 Aug, but it will be so good if it would possible for me to staying more 7 days in China. So, my question is: how to extend my F visa for such a short period?

Well I dont think even if you can extend for 7 days your 30 days visa will be cancelled for sure. Please go to the exit and entry department and get more information they will explain you what you need to bring and everything . I am married to my wife here so I got 1 year visa got it extended from china .
