Nanjing -> Shanghai high speed train station, then how to get to tianlin hotel, 1 tianlin road?

On my return trip at the end of my stay, I will be taking the high speed train from Nanjing back to Shanghai.
I presume I will arriving at HongQiao station.
What is the best way (subway/taxi) to get to the Tianlin Hotel , 1 tianlin road?
