About:China Visa Application in UK

my son wants to marry in china to a chinnese girl

where does he start with all legal documents ect ect

In order to get married in China, a Single Status Certificate and his birth certificate are required. These two documents together with Chinese translations should be authenticated at your local Chinese embassy/Consulate. Then, apply and enter China with a tourist L visa to get his marriage registered at the civil affairs Office where the Chinese girl lives.
