Extend F Visa in Seoul

I´m a German student studying Chinese in Qingdao. After this semester my F Visa expires (August). Therefore I´m planning to visit Korea to extend my Chinese Visa. I heard that for foreigners in Korea a ARC is required, which is pretty difficult to get. Is it still possible for me to extend it in Seoul?

No, for you it is easier to get a new visa in HK if possible. To apply one in South Korea, 6 months ARC is required.
