needs to get visa from another place..

Question

i am a filipino citizen residing here in saipan northern marianas is.i am planning to visit beijing comes dacember of this year.my questions are where i'm going to apply tourist visa since there's no china embassy here.accompanying me is a US citizen which i understand needs visa too to enter your country.i can't get NBI clearance here.please i need your answer..

You need to apply for China visa in Philippines according to your home residence. Your US partner should also apply in his/her home state. Another option for him/her is to apply in HK.
