Visa to china for a canadian citizen on a visit to lebanon

Hi , i am canadian citizen on a visit to lebanon and need a visa to china for short term to visit the company i work for ( the branch of China) and i have the invitation letter from them, can i aooly for the visa in chinees embassy in lebanon ( and use the express service) appreciate your kind advice
