About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

X-Visa Application

I am to commence my Masters studies in September and I was provided a JW-202 from China. I am currently residing in Dublin but I am originally from Botswana and would like to know if it is possible to Process my Visa Application within Dublin with the Irish Chinese Embassy. I am here on a Study permit.

Your Help will be highly appreciated.
Thanx

Non-Irish passport holders are supposed to apply for any type of Chinese visa in the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their home countries, with the exception that one is residing and working in Ireland.Do you have the residence permit?
