we arrive at terminal 2 at 10.10am is 2 hours enough to get to city hotel by TAXI

we arrive at beijing airport at 10.10am and need to get to a city hotel within 2 to 2.15 hours so we can check in and catch a tour car at 1pm to do half day tour of mutianyu part of the wall, is this possible? or is it possible to start the mutianyu tour at 2pm and finish at 6pm?
