F visa for china where to apply

i am from hyderabad and like to know where to send the required docs for visa and what are the docs to be sent .do i need to appear personall y or any agency takes care

The Chinese Visa Application Service Centers (CVASC) in New Delhi. Please make an appointment beforehand at their official website. The center only provides mail back service, you can entrust others or visa agency to submit your applocation if you can not go in person. Requirements are clear on this page.
