Is your visa F for business? if yes, you can get it extended with following documents:
1. Your valid passport and China visa
2. One passport-sized photo
3. Official letter from the company/project in China
4. Residence Permit Application Form with an official seal
5. Temporary Residence Form
6. Copy of the valid Duplicate of Business License
