About:Foreign Embassies & Consulates in China

Indian man wants to marry a Chinese girl needs assistance

I have been informed that if i need to get married in UAE . I have to get singleness certificate from Indian consulate and she has to get the same as well from her consulate i have no clue how to get this certificate for her what are the requirement and how many days it will take only after i get the certificate i can apply for marriage in Indian consulate in Dubai . i have also found out that i need to give an Ad in news paper in china,india and UAE plus need 3 witness with residence visa (by the way we both have residence visa )

I follow catholic religion and she is atheist but we want to marry in Consulate first before going for a religious marriage

Not sure what are the rules if any one can assist will be great help

Please need some advice thanks in Advance

You should go to the local marriage registration office or foreign affair office in Dubai to make an enquiry about this. Different countries may have different polies for this. Congratulations to you and wish you a long and happy marriage life together!

Yes I got married in Dubai long procedurebut its done and i am happy
