I wanna go in china Guizhou, for work , So, what kinds of document should i have to apply the Visa ?

I have one of the my previous boss is in China, He has business over there ,he needs some staff. so i talked to him i am interesting to work in his company ,told me that alright ,but he doesn;t know about the visa for Nepalese people the Chinese government will provide or not ? if provide ,please kindly share the things in details .Thanks and Regards- Tilak Lama,Ktm, Nepal.
