Vietnamese citizen with a Hongkong ID wants to visit Macau

Hello, I'm a Vietnamese citizen who recently moved to Hongkong, I have a HKID. Will my visa application process be different from Vietnamese citizens applying from Vietnam? And where should I send my application?

Thanks very much for your instruction

Visa is not required if you are holder of a Hong Kong Identity Card.

Alvin, just to be sure, Vietnam is listed as one of six countries which Macau requires visa prior to arrival. Can I still come without a visa? My HKID is a regular one, does it need to be a permanent HKID for this to apply? THanks

Hao Anh, you are right that only those who hold a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card or Re-entry Permit are exempt from visa to Macau. If you have none of them, you may have to apply for a Macau visa in Hk in advance. try to contact China Travel Service Hk limited for practical help.
