Hi, you are required to provide documents showing that you can reside for an extended period of time in Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP. If you are only a temporary visitor to Singapore, you can not apply for a Chinese visa there.

Thanks for the answer, I come to Singapore only for the purpose to go to embassy and return after complete, say after 2 days. Is there any other way instead of having PR/WP etc?

Thanks and regards

No, if you are not working or living in Singapore, you should apply for a China visa in Indonesia.
